Убийство и возмездие: процессы inter sicarios 64 г. до н.э.
В статье анализируются три известных процесса inter sicarios, состоявшихся в 64 г. до н.э. Несмотря на то, что Корнелиевы законы освобождали от ответственности тех, кто совершал убийства во время проскрипций, Юлий Цезарь сумел привлечь к суду нескольких сикариев и добился их осуждения. Автор высказывает предположения относительно причин, которые могли привести к такому приговору в отношении Луция Лусция и Луция Беллиена, а также выдвигает гипотезу о причине оправдания Луция Сергия Катилины.
