Peer Review Procedure
1. All manuscripts received by the editorial board and complying with the Journal profile are peer-reviewed, upon which the editorial board comes to the decision on the possibility of publishing them in the Journal.
2. Manuscripts are evaluated by impartial reviewers. They specialize in the scholarly area of the reviewed papers and have had publications in the area in the last three years.
3. The editorial board of the collection follows the "Editorial Ethics". When submitting a manuscript for publication, the authors and reviewers, agreeing to review the manuscript, also undertake to comply with these ethical standards.
4. The review is conducted confidentially. Type of review: one-sided blind. Violation of confidentiality is possible only in the case of a reviewer's statement about the unreliability or falsification of the materials contained in the article.
5. Reviewers are notified that the manuscripts sent to them are the private property of the authors and relate to information not subject to disclosure. Reviewers are not allowed to make copies of articles for their own needs. The initial review usually takes one month.
6. If there are indications in the review of an article that it needs to be corrected, then it is sent to the author for revision. The article sent to the author for revision should be returned in corrected form as soon as possible. An article delayed for more than three months is considered as newly received. The revised manuscript must be accompanied by a letter from the authors containing answers to all comments and explaining all the changes made in the article. Returning the article for revision does not mean that the article will be published. The revised article is sent by the editorial board for re-review.
7. In case of disagreement with the opinion of the reviewer, the author of the article has the right to provide a reasoned response to the editorial board of the journal. The article can be sent for re-reviewing, or for approval by the editorial board. If the author refuses to finalize the article, he must attach a written justification of the reason for his refusal. The final decision on publication in disputed cases is made by the editor-in-chief.
8. The decision on the expediency of publication after reviewing is made by the editor–in-chief, and, if necessary, by the editorial board as a whole.
9. The journal editorial board forwards to the authors the decision and the copies of the reviews or a justified rejection.
10. The reviews are stored at the editorial office for at least 5 years.
